Process Analytics Factory seeks to expand US Team

Ann Arbor (MI), August 20, 2020 – The Process Analytics Factory (PAF) has announced job openings in the United States, after its recent move to begin expanding into North America. The company has entered markets in North America, Canada, Australia, and Latin America.

PAF is looking for employees on all fronts to continue expanding the enterprise. Currently, PAF is actively searching for a Marketing Manager in the United States to head marketing efforts and work together with adjacent departments. In addition to the Marketing Manager position, PAF is also looking to hire a full stack web developer.

Working at PAF is for those who are driven and hard-working. Our office is a fast paced and dynamic environment, ready for flexible workers who are properly dedicated and motivated. Here, we recognize your potential immediately and appreciate it from the beginning.

The Process Analytics Factory has continued on its growth path in German-speaking countries, as well as international markets. “Gartner is projecting the US Process Mining market will experience 1000% growth year over year and PAF is recognizing great expansion and momentum in the US market,” said Volker Straub, board advisor and investor. “It is also reflected in the current job openings we have on the sales, marketing as well as on the technical side” he explained.

For example, numerous well-known customers from the DACH region opted for the Process Mining software PAFnow in Power BI, including Daimler AG, Heidelberg Druck and Viessmann, a globally operating energy system manufacturer that recently implemented the world’s largest ERP transformation to SAP® S/4HANA in the industrial environment. Other new clients include VHV Insurance and ROI Consulting.

In regions besides Germany, PAF has also been able to win new customers. The global packaging company Amcor has joined the list of clients in North America, as well as the Canadian energy provider Fortis. PAF is also servicing BCI, one of the biggest banks in Latin America, and the global market leader for implantable hearing aids in Australia.

Due to its successes in North America last year, PAF has been selected to participate in the German Accelerator Program – which began in April 2020. This gives the company access to a global network of partners and investors and allows the Process Mining tool PAFnow to be supported by experienced experts and mentors based in New York.

Process Mining and Microsoft's Power BI platform continue to grow on a global scale. PAFnow is a convenient option for Power BI users because it can be used in their existing infrastructure, making it installation free. This gives PAF a competitive advantage in the market and will allow growth on a global level for our business.
