- Maintenance, updating and qualification of customer data in our CRM-System
- You already have some experience in internal sales or customer service.
- You are goal-oriented, self-motivated and like to take responsibility for your results.
- In addition to a lot of positive energy and enjoyment of telephone customer contact, you have a strong affinity to IT-related topics such as big data, business intelligence or process management.
- You are communicative, argue competently and convince by very good dialect-free expressiveness.
- You work structured, independent and well-organized.
- Very good spoken and written English complete your profile.
