28 Feb AprilTalks presents: Use Case #2 – Process Mining in IT Service Management
Darmstadt, 28.02.2019 – The AprilTalks are getting closer and closer – in one month the time has come! Until then, we’ll keep you updated with new content, so you know exactly what to expect.
Today, we focus on IT service management. How do companies manage to increase their efficiency, improve process quality and increase their profitability? Process Mining answers all these questions.
Ian Bradley, CEO of our partner Metricus, specializes in this field of application. In his lecture he presents the topic Process Analysis for IT Service Management using the example of the customer Ramboll in Denmark. As part of this project, Metricus has implemented Process Mining for Incident Management as a core process within IT Service Management. ServiceNow audit log data is used for a comprehensive process analysis. Increased transparency helps identify inefficient processes at Ramboll, increases overall compliance, and reduces solution times. The result: cost savings and increased customer satisfaction.
